There are many instances shown in the movie "UP" proving that love makes people reserved,think only about their "LOVE" and not care about what is happening in the world or in front of their eyes even if something bad is happening and they have a chance to to stop the bad circumstances.Few of the MAJOR "INSTANCES" ARE:
HERE COMES THE BIG POINT THAT MR.CARL FEDRICKSON DOES NOT HELP KEVIN(the bird) WHEN SHE WAS IN DANGER AND SAVES HIS "WORLD" HIS HOUSE THIS IS WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE STRESS ON THAT "TRUE LOVE" MAKES PEOPLE LOSE THEIR HUMANITY ESEPECIALLY WHEN SITUATIONS ARRIVE MAKING THEM SELECT EITHER HUMANITY OR LOVE" IF THERE IS HUMANITY IT WILL BE ONLY TOWARDS THE PERSON WHOM HE OR SHE IS LOVING AND THIS WHAT THE MOVIE "UP" HAS SUCCESSFULLY PROTRAYED.

FEDRICKSON AT HARD TIMES AND ALSO KEVIN AND THE DOG HELPS EVERYBODY WHENEVER NECESSARY BRAVELY EVEN RISKING THEIR LIFE ON THE OTHER HAND MR. FEDRICKSON DID NOT EVEN RECALL HOW THEY HELPED HIM FOR HELPING KEVIN WHEN SHE WAS KIDNAPPED AND IT WAS RUSELL WHO BROUGHT UP THE HUMANITY IN MR. FEDRICKSON ONCE AGAIN PROVING THAT FREINSHIP IS MUCH MORE BETTER THAN LOVE IN TERMS OF HUMANITY.
